What happens with me and my adrenal fatigue is, after a week or so of not taking an adrenal support supplement, I feel spacey, fatigued all the time like jet-lag, and have trouble sleeping. I used to take Vital Nutrients adrenal support and I guess its my system, but I would always feel sleepy when I took it, and if I took too much I would feel sleepier, and it made my stomach upset. So, when I ran out of it, I decided to try this Gaia Herbs brand because of the price, and the quality is great! I love organic products when I can afford them. I only take this when I feel a lag in energy, and my lack of energy is decreasing since I began taking this product.
Also, although it recommends 2 a day (twice), I don’t take two, usually just one, and only once a day. Then if I still feel tired I take another. On very stressful days, I take two at a time. I have GAD and this product helps me handle stress and feel relaxed when otherwise my anxiety would drain my adrenal glands to the point of dysfunction. I highly recommend this product to relieve your stress and fatigue. I only drink coffee in the morning, and I never recommend caffeine in the evenings, but that is one thing that many people do which drains their adrenals. Just a little FYI – try this instead!!
I’m not sure if its affecting my weight but I have lost weight since I started taking it… Which I’m happy about. Heh.

I tried a couple products but this is probably the best. I actually pair this with a ginseng-based product that seems to work well. My mood is better, my energy is increased, and my concentration is great! This product is highly recommended. If everyone took this and felt as much better as I did the world would be a better place!

I have an appt to see the endocrinologist, but it
is not for six weeks and I have three small children.. i needed to feel better FAST!
I was EXREMELY fatigued, listless, depressed, constipated and had bad smelling urine and lost sense of taste.
Since i recently had a baby, it seemed likely I was dealing with Hypothyroid. Ordered the Gaia Thyroid Support and have been taking for two weeks now. I got my energy and good disposition back almost immediately; the other effects are slowly disappearing.

with a family history of hypothyroidism, as well as lifestyle choices of mine that contributed to a compromised thyroid, i was desperate to try something other than synthetic meds. i did some research, settled on this product and started taking 2 capsules a day before meals. within two weeks, my mood had improved dramatically and my energy increased tenfold. within a month, i had naturally lost 7 pounds, my eyes were much brighter and my nails and hair seemed to be growing faster than before. i am now on my 2nd month, and still taking 2 capsules a day, and i continue to reap the benefits of a balanced thyroid. the melasma i was suffering from on my face has almost completely disappeared, but most of all i have a renewed sense of calm and well-being. i can’t express enough satisfaction with this product (and i love the company). i am so thankful i was able to turn the table naturally. thank you gaia!

|My doctor was impressed!,
I was told my my physician that I was “borderline” in having hypothyroidism. She wrote me a prescription for synthroid. I am a nurse, and most people think most medical professionals discourage the use of herbs. Not me, I did not want to be on such a harsh med as synthroid. I decided to take matters into my own hands and bought Gaia Thyroid Support. Glad I did, because a month later my blood work came back perfect. I thought my doctor would be upset that I did not follow her advice, but she was instead impressed and agreed with my choice. I am looking forward to my next blood test…based on how I feel, I am sure it will be normal.
